Tri City Group is an active land developer. The “Tri City” in our name comes from our history of developing in three cities – Seattle, Vancouver and Toronto over sixty years ago. We currently have development holdings in Calgary, Edmonton, Squamish and a recently completed development in Vernon. Paradise Trails

Paradise Trails is a proposed eco friendly equestrian community planned for Paradise Valley, British Columbia.This scenic forested site is located on the Cheakamus River and is just 30 minutes south of Whistler, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
