- Acquisition, development, bridge/interim, construction, take-out financing, mezzanine and subordinated debt
- Mortgages originated primarily in the urban centres of B.C. and Alberta
- Loan amounts of $250,000-$1.5 million
- Amortizing or interest-only loans
- 3-24 month terms, up to 25-year amortization
- Up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV)
- Funding within 10 days on complete files
